Coast 2 Coast
140 miles, 2 days and 1 bike… are you ready for the challenge??
Setting off on the 2nd July 2011, Coast 2 Coast is a two day event Pedalling from Whitehaven to Tynemouth, the route will be flat to moderate with one challenging climb over the Pennines.
The route is very scenic, taking in fantastic views and as part of the Sus-Trans Cycle Network; it has lots of interesting artwork placed along the way avoiding main roads and cycling along re-claimed railway lines and b-roads.
All the money raised will go to help our little stars. The Boparan Charitable Trust helps children and young people up to the age of 18 living with a disability, in poverty or diagnosed with a terminal illness.
